Thanks to Jesse and Luke Walko for bringing their Atlanta cousins Michael and Tyler along to J2A. Our regular crew was decimated by the flu. But with Brenna, Trevor, Victoria and the Walko clan, we had a nice group for our intial discussion about Faith & Trust. Joanne lead the discussion with questions about the everyday kind of ways that we develop faith and trust. And, from there we expanded into some initial ideas about how a faith in God may develop.
Chef Randy served up spaghetti and some good whole grain bread. Fr. Doug arrived famished after conducting a wedding. Everybody pitched in to clean up the kitchen.
This Saturday (10/17) is the church's Chicken Barbeque and I still need to hear from J2A volunteers. Come spend and hour or two from 10AM to 2PM. Sunday (10/18) is the FALL FESTIVAL with CROP right after that. We will have a picnic lunch before CROP.
